Vivek Ghee Pilai and Varna

On Vivek’s side, there were some smaller pre-Wedding traditions that were followed. Ghee Pilai(literal translation is drink butter - yum!) was a fun tradition in which members of his family fed him tiny amounts of Ghee. During Varna, Vivek’s family members applied Mehndi (Henna) on their hands and feet, while hanging out and enjoying quality time with each other.
