Vivek's Bateesi/Maayra

Bateesi is the ceremony where Vivek's Mom invited her parents, siblings, and extended family to the wedding. Given how large the family is, it was very special to have everyone participate in that. Afterwards, Vivek's Nanaji/Naniji and Mamaji (Maternal Grandparent's and Uncle) performed the ceremony of Maayra, where they distributed gifts to all members of Vivek's paternal family. Even though some of these ceremonies were very traditional, everyone danced, sang, and laughed throughout the few days in Jaipur which made for some amazing memories!
